Mindful Meditation has arrived at Verdure!!

We are so excited to announce our partnership with the always amazing Anette Langsdorf.

In the Buddhist tradition, a meditation teacher is called a “kalyana-mitta”, which means a “noble friend”, or a “spiritual companion.”

Anette will be your "noble friend" as she guides you through the practice of meditation.

It can help bring calm and insight to people who often feel anxious. Meditation refers to a set of techniques to enhance attention, emotional awareness, kindness, compassion, sympathetic joy, and mental calmness even in difficult situations.

With the added enhancement of our Himalayan Salt Room you can purify your mind and body simultaneously while finding your peace.

Salt Room Meditation Session
